SAFCO launches Texting campaign

Texting has become the preferred communication for a large part of the population.  Our continued efforts to improve the convenience for our Customers to communicate with SAFCO, and to manage their account made it very clear that texting had to be an option.  “We have also made it very simple for our Customers to elect the service.” says Nikki Magner Director of Collections and Customer Service.

Studies show that the vast majority adults regularly send and receive text messages.  Research further shows that text messages are read very quickly and that over 5 billion are sent daily in the United States.
